1. You may cancel your user account at any time by advising Acumen Insights Ltd by email (support@acumen-insights.com). Following receipt of the email Acumen Insights Ltd will remove your account access within 10 working days.
2. Any outstanding payments are due immediately if you cancel your account with outstanding monies.
3. Acumen Insights Ltd reserves the right to withdraw access to and provide the use of activatebiz.com for you and your representatives by giving 30 days notice. This notice period does not apply in situations of non payment or continuous payment whereby the above payment conditions apply.
4. No refunds of your annual registration fee will be given following cancellation.
5. Acumen Insights Ltd reserves the right to withdraw access to and provide the use of activatebiz.com for you and your representatives immediately if the application is being misused, or illegal/offensive information is uploaded to the application.
